The process to make a multi cavity mold

Prepare the mold base ,cavity inserts,slider steel materials
Use milling machines,grinding machines,Electrical Die Machines ,and CNC to machining the size which customer required.
Proceed the electrode via CNC Machine for the injection plastic mould
Wire cut if needed for the plastic molds
Polishing for the surface of the custom injection mold
After everything is ready.assembling the injection plastic mold
Try the plastic injection moulds and make the samples for customer confirmation.
